morning time in minnesota

New Dresses! and a couple wood jackets!

A small sample of the dresses that came into the thrift store yesterday. Also a prime example of why we need a steam machine at the store. These came tightly packed in cardboard boxes. The elderly gentleman who consigned them has been collecting for years. awesome!

Unsure of the age

This is a set of salt and pepper shakers recently brought into the thrift store. We are looking for anyone with any information about em! We think they are possibly weird racist memorabilia from the late 20's or early 30's, but could even be from the 50's. No label or production information is available on the actual pieces, so we are essentially shooting out in the dark to the interwebs, hoping and wishing someone, anyone, will know something about these guys. Spread the word internet friends!

where the sidewalk never was

Today, walking my dog.  For you urban dwellers the last photo is of an old deer stand (where hunters sit and wait to kill deers from above) I don't think i will ever miss living in the city. Except for thai food, and live music.
